# GridProof: follow a synthetic test handoff

Fictional planning example, 11 September 2026. Not for field use.

The example uses a 20 MW / 40 MWh plant, 24 MVA and a 13.8 kV point of interconnection. Eight of fourteen regional drafts are complete and 24 project inputs remain unresolved. These counts describe preparation; they do not establish project approval, field authority or customer acceptance.

## Walk through one Step Up test

1. Open the two-page run sheet and data handoff for the fictional 4 to 16 MW planning points.
2. Trace the planned command to timestamp, measured POI active power, commanded active power, recorder file, controller event log, and witness/deviation records.
3. Find the blank, unconfirmed procedure field. It must be resolved for the real project before field use.
4. Identify who would own each handoff: the procedure owner, vendor, recorder and reviewer. Decide which preparation work is a useful, separable task.

The historical sample is a different planning example. It has not been relabeled as the current 20 MW case. A possible engagement starts with one project, one jurisdiction and up to five agreed scenarios, one review call and one consolidated revision. A written scope and agreed fees precede any engagement.

Preparation does not include on-site execution, plant control, ISO or utility approval, dynamic-model studies, or guaranteed commissioning outcomes.
